Late Posting yet again, I suppose this time I can claim lack of time, as I went back to work Tuesday. But that doesn’t explain the other unfinished workout posts, I mean I did the workouts, those were finished I just never got around to posting.
I didn’t really get it until I went back to work that I was a bit depressed. The Covid-19 lock-down here in Michigan must have hit me harder than I thought.
I felt so good today that I added the last set to my stretching and calisthenics routine bringing it up to the five sets where the magic happens, the fat just starts to melt off.
Upper Body
Push-ups Three Sets of twelve
Shoulder Presses Three Sets of ten at 20 lbs
Back rows Three Sets of ten at 40 lbs
Kick Backs Three Sets of ten at 20 lbs
Curls Three Sets of ten at 40 lbs
I rest 30 seconds between sets and about two minutes between exercises.
Stretching and Calisthenics Routine
Ab Wheel Ten sets of Three
Standing Bicycle Crunch Five sets of Eight.
Horse Stance Cross Punch Five sets of Eight.
Oblique Knee Raise Five sets of Eight.
Front Kick Five sets of Eight.
Leaning Knee Raise Five sets of Eight.
Round House Kick Five sets of Eight.
Front Kick Five sets of Eight.
Back Kick Five sets of Eight.
I ran just over a mile, almost non-stop. I was pushing a bit too hard so I stopped short of the two miles I was aiming for. I guess it’s a good thing I stopped when I did, my legs are still sore two days later.
