I’m a bit late posting, I did my upper body workout. took the dog for 1.4 mile walk and then went for a run. I was planning on doing my stretching and calisthenics when I got back to loosen my legs up, didn’t work out like that.
Push-ups Three Sets of twelve
Shoulder Presses Three Sets of ten at 19 lbs
Back rows Three Sets of ten at 37.5 lbs
Kick Backs Three Sets of ten at 19 lbs
Curls Three Sets of ten at 37.5 lbs
I may have over did my leg work today, not sure if I’ll do leg day tomorrow. We’ll see.
