Hit the gym on the way home from work, as planned.
Added five pounds to all my moves. Improvements are starting to come, it’s a shame I spent the first two months trying too hard and not getting the results.
While I was doing too much before I may not be doing enough now, finding the right balance is trickier than when I was younger. Once I work back up to five sets of eight on my calisthenics I’ll add another day to make it four days a week;
