My URL was supposed to expire at the end of July, the reason I stopped posting. But I somehow hit the wrong tab or something when I went to turn off auto-renew so I have another two years, I guess it is easier than writing on paper
Planet Fitness, and the rest of the gyms in Michigan, opened up again yesterday but I waited a day to let things settle down a bit.
I have been doing my Calisthenics Routine fairly regularly, two or three times a week and also run about the same, but not on the same day, not ant more.

Calf Raises One set of ten at 55 lbs, One Set of Eight at 65 lbs, One Set of Six at 75 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 65 lbs.
Leg Press One set of ten at 55 lbs, One Set of Eight at 65 lbs, One Set of Six at 75 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 65 lbs.
