Experts say it takes three weeks to either make or break a habit, almost one week down!
Today was, once again, Calisthenics and Stretching Day. I actually did it on the right day but was too groggy to post.
Well I could have just wrote what I wrote and called it good, but I have found Free Fitness Gold and it seems like a crime to not share it.
My Morning Calisthenics Routine consists of eight simple and, with the exception of the Ab Wheel, easy to perform right at the get-go.
I start out with my Ab Wheel and do ten sets of three reps. Takes about three minutes. This is the only Ab Work I do on floor, the rest I do standing.
Standing Bicycle Crunch
Horse Stance Cross Punch
Oblique Knee Raise
Leaning Knee Raise
Round House Kick
I did four sets of eight on the above moves. Don’t let the ease and simplicity fool you,
IF YOU DO THIS AND ARE OUT OF SHAPE YOU WILL GET SORE!!
But, if you do this on a regular basis you will wonder why you bother, it’s gotten so easy.
You will stop and slowly go back where you were. One day you;ll wake and wonder where it all went.
Well, it all went away because you didn’t do your 20 minutes a day!
You see, I figure if you can’t reach your Fitness Goals in Twenty Minutes a Day,
YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG!
But that’s just my opinion.
