Leg Day
I decided to keep with a lighter leg workout today since I took almost two weeks off from training my legs.
Leg Work-Out
Body Weight Plus Squats Five sets of ten at 20 lbs
Straight Leg Dead-Lift Five sets of ten at 20 lbs
Standing Calf Raise Five sets of ten at 20 lbs
