Today, well yesterday, was Leg Day. Most people know you shouldn’t skip Leg Day and I didn’t but after coming home from Planet Fitness I had a few things to take care of and kind of forgot to write my post. By the time I remembered I had had a couple too many drinks and just plain didn’t feel like writing.
Kind of messed up my forming habit of writing every day but life goes on.
Seated Leg Extension Four sets of ten at 75 lbs
Seated Leg Curl Four sets of ten at 75 lbs
Leg Press Four sets of ten at 85 lbs
Seated Calf Press Four sets of ten at 85 lbs
In all it took about fifteen minutes, then I jogged for five minutes on the treadmill and walked briskly for another five. My right knee has been giving me problems so I’m strengthening slowly.
