I forgot my gym bag when I went to work last night so I didn’t stop to workout on my way home. I also didn’t feel like grabbing my bag and heading right back out. By the time I got up and moving around this afternoon it was too late to go to the gym and be sure to get an effective workout, no guarantee you can use the equipment you need when you need it.
Since I skipped Leg Day last week I really can’t miss it this week, so I’m compromising and doing a light leg workout at home. Not a lot but enough to get a bit of a burn.

Straight Leg Dead-Lift Five sets of ten at 20 lbs
Standing Calf Raise Five sets of ten at 20 lbs
