Stretching and Calisthenics Day
I’ve been over doing my leg work. I had thought I was getting stronger but all I was really doing was staying sore with no real benefit from all my work.
I took a week and a half off from both my Leg Days and my Stretching and Calisthenics Days. I got back to it today, after some hemming and hawing, and decided to cut back a little bit.
I think I’ll go a bit slower at pushing my sets, rushing was not doing any good.
Stretching and Calisthenics Routine
Ab Wheel Five Sets of Three
Standing Bicycle Crunch Four sets of eight.
Horse Stance Cross Punch Four sets of eight.
Oblique Knee Raise Four sets of eight.
Front Kick Four sets of eight.
Leaning Knee Raise Four sets of eight.
Round House Kick Four sets of eight.
Front Kick Four sets of eight.
Back Kick Four sets of eight.
Body Weight Squats Three sets of ten.
