Stretching and Calisthenics Day
It seems strange doing my ‘morning workout’ sometime in the afternoon, but I’ve gotten used to it before so I can do it again. Writing about it is a different story, I’ll need to work on that.
I added another set to both my Ab Wheel and Squats, I’m already doing more than my original program but for some reason I feel like I’m going too slow.

Ab Wheel Seven Sets of Three
Standing Bicycle Crunch Five sets of eight.
Horse Stance Cross Punch Five sets of eight.
Oblique Knee Raise Five sets of eight.
Front Kick Five sets of eight.
Leaning Knee Raise Five sets of eight.
Round House Kick Five sets of eight.
Front Kick Five sets of eight.
Back Kick Five sets of eight.
Body Weight Plus Squats Three sets of ten at 20 lbs.
