Well this is disappointing, I thought I could start the Ab Wheel slowly and gradually increase the reps, not so much. The little bit I did on Saturday was mildly painful but today when I tried it it hurt a lot more doing not even half of what I did then. Guess I will give it a whole month from today before making another attempt.
Yesterday’s Back Work-out didn’t leave me as sore as I expected not sure why since I had trouble with the last two reps on the first two moves. Well you never know until you try. Sorry Yoda, there is a try.
I’m also taking a little too long completing my Stretching and Calisthenics Routine, partly because of the added Body-Weight Squats, which weren’t originally part of the program but mostly because at present I’m just too slow. With the Ab Wheel and without the Body Weight Squats it should take 18 minutes, today’s work-out took 22 minutes. Still not bad but not what I’m aiming for. Maybe I’m being too hard on myself, it’s only the start of my third week back at it from after surgery. I am doing the full routine minus the Ab Wheel plus the squats.

Standing Bicycle Crunch Five sets of eight.
Horse Stance Cross Punch Five sets of eight.
Oblique Knee Raise Five sets of eight.
Front Kick Five sets of eight.
Leaning Knee Raise Five sets of eight.
Round House Kick Five sets of eight.
Front Kick Five sets of eight.
Back Kick Five sets of eight.
Body Weight Squats Five sets of ten.
