The Road Back Saturday March 23, 2019
Experts say it takes three weeks to make or break a habit, one week down two to go! For my writing anyway. As far as working out goes this week was just a trial run, next week my work-outs change.
Today’s work-out was pretty much the same as yesterday except I omitted the push-ups since my chest needs a little rest for Monday’s work-out.
- Standing Bicycle Crunch Four sets of eight.
- Horse Stance Cross Punch Four sets of eight.
- Oblique Knee Raise Four sets of eight.
- Front Kick Four sets of eight.
- Leaning Knee Raise Four sets of eight.
- Front Kick Four sets of eight.
- Back Kick Four sets of eight.
- Body Weight Squats Two sets of ten.
I will not be doing my Stretching and Calisthenics Routine every day going forward it will be one day at the gym one day of my Stretching and Calisthenics Routine.
