It’s still a bit rough stopping by Planet Fitness on the way home from work three days a week, but I think it’s starting to become a habit, as in it’s starting to be muscle memory. I leave work and if I have my gym bag I head to the gym. If only writing came as easily.
I guess I’ll see tomorrow if I let my legs rest enough, three weeks of sore legs is too much. Especially if you’re not showing any, or much, improvement.
It’s only the start of my fourth week back at work, I may be doing better than I think.
I did increase the weight on my chest press and chest flies but I didn’t quite make the whole last set of chest flies and I lost three reps on the incline press, maybe because I upped the weight on the first two exercises. Next workout I’ll do the same weight and go for more reps.
