Man, what a day. Late getting to Planet Fitness to do my Chest Work-out, late writing my post and of late posting it. Oh well, life always happens and then goes on.
Chest Flies Five sets of Ten at 85 lbs
Chest Press 3 sets of ten at 50 lbs 2 sets of ten at 45 lbs
Hammer Incline Press 1 set of eight at 40 lbs 1 set of 6 at 30 lbs
I pushed too hard on my chest Flies and paid for it with the rest of my work-out. I need to start warming up, coming back from surgery isn’t like doing a maintenance work-out. I need to take it a bit slower or run the risk of going backwards.
