Last week was just a bit rough, I guess I should have expected as much, you don’t just jump back into your old routine after surgery. I missed three workouts altogether, two calisthenics and stretching workouts and leg day.
This week should go better, I just had two days off from work and am well rested. The first week back on the night shift is always tough.
Since I had last night off making it to Planet Fitness early was pretty easy. I fine-tuned my chest workout a bit, I’m just about where I need to be to start making visible improvements. I need to go up ten pounds on my chest press and five pounds on my chest flies but the hammer incline press is a good fit.
