Last night was my first ‘day’ back at work. I work the midnight shift so 11:00 pm is the start of my Monday. Every thing being equal it should have been just another day, but it wasn’t, going to Planet Fitness first thing in the morning is a piece of cake when you get up out of bed and go, no muss, no fuss. It’s a bit different working nights and still wanting/needing to get your work-out done first thing. I got it done but I had to make myself.
I’m too tired to write very much and the only reason I can write this post this early is because I had already planned my work-out and wrote it down so I could reference it from my phone, because I know if I don’t do it now it may be a day or two before I get around to it.
The work-out went pretty good, next time I’ll need to add five pounds to each of my sets and maybe another set of Rope Pull Downs.
