The Road Back Friday March 29, 2019
Shoulder Day! Man are my shoulders going to ache tomorrow! Got to Planet Fitness early, but not bright, it’s cloudy, gloomy and rainy kind of day. I don’t know if it was the weather or the time but the place was darn near empty. I just get in, get done and get out anyway but I have to admit it’s easier with less distractions.
Shoulder Work-Out
Rear Deltoid Fly Four Sets at 70 lbs
Military Press Four sets at 40 lbs
Upright Row Four sets at 40 lbs
Lateral Raises Four sets at 8 lbs
Front Raises Four sets at 8 lbs
I also did ten minutes on the treadmill at 4.5 mph with a three-minute cool down. I don’t consider it part of my work-out because I don’t run to get into shape.
I GET INTO SHAPE SO I CAN RUN!
Yes, you read that right. I have about 25 lbs of blubber I need to get rid of, makes it really hard on my knees, especially my right knee.
