Arm Day
Today was the end of my first full work-out circuit, I know it seems strange to take two full weeks to work my upper body but the theory seems sound. The only way to know for sure is to test it.
Arm Work-Out
Triceps Push Down Four Sets of Ten at 70 lbs
Triceps Extension Four Set of Ten at 65 lbs
Seated Curl Four Sets of Ten at 55 lbs
Seated Preacher Curl Four Sets of Ten at 50 lbs
I didn’t post yesterday because I had neglected to write down the weight I did and I wasn’t sure how much weight I had put on so when I went to Planet Fitness to run on the treadmill I wrote down the weight I did.
