Shoulder Day
I made it to Planet Fitness on my way home from work this morning, it’s definitely easier to workout in the morning, then neglected to post. My workouts are coming along nicely, as far as the weights I lift are concerned, the schedule is still a bit rough. I need to add five pounds to my rear deltoid fly, there wasn’t enough strain on the last reps. The shoulder press is about right, can’t get the last four reps in.
The workout took a little too long, I’m going to have to streamline a bit. The lateral raises and front raises are more vanity moves than anything else. I’m going to drop one set of each and combine the moves when I’m doing them and see if that gets me in the time range. If not I may just cut them out completely.

Rear Deltoid Fly One Set of 10 at 65 lbs, One Set of Eight at 75 lbs, One Set of Six at 85 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 75 lbs
Shoulder Press One Set of Ten at 35 lbs, One Set of Eight at 45 lbs, One Set of Six at 55 lbs, One Set of Eight at 45 lbs
Upright Row One Set of Ten at 40 lbs, One Set of Eight at 50 lbs, One Set of Six at 60 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 50 lbs
Lateral Raises One Set of Ten at 8 lbs, One Set of Eight at 10 lbs, One Set of Six at 12 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 10 lbs
Front Raises One Set of Ten at 8 lbs, One Set of Eight at 10 lbs, One Set of Six at 12 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 10 lbs
