Arm Day
I’m really late posting this, I’m having a hard time getting a schedule I can follow set up. The plan was to stop by Planet Fitness on my way home from work. I had my gym bag packed and ready to go before I took my before work nap. Then I forgot my bag, by the time I remembered it it was too far to go back and not have to rush.
I ended up going in the early afternoon, not my favorite time to go, too many people there to visit and not workout. Well, they workout, but slowly, spending more time talking between sets than doing sets. Just means I need to remember my bag.
Arm Work-Out
Triceps Push Down One Set of 10 at 60 lbs, One Set of Eight at 70 lbs, One Set of Six at 80 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 70 lbs
Triceps Extension One Set of 10 at 50 lbs, One Set of Eight at 65 lbs, One Set of Six at 80 lbs, One Set of Twelve at 65 lbs
Seated Curl One Set of 10 at 50 lbs, One Set of Eight at 60 lbs, One Set of Six at 70 lbs, One Set of Seven at 60 lbs
Seated Preacher Curl One Set of 10 at 50 lbs, One Set of Eight at 65 lbs, One Set of Six at 80 lbs, One Set of Seven at 65 lbs
I also changed my rest day this week to Saturday instead of Sunday. Not really by choice, I was just too tired. I still have a ways to go before I get back in the kind of shape where working out and working don’t completely wear me out. I hate to think how tired I would be if I hadn’t been going to the gym.
On the brighter side I think I have the right weight for my arms, just enough that I can’t quite finish the last few reps.
