Getting stronger and my stamina is starting to increase, finally. I’m almost where I need to be with my stretching and calisthenics, a little less with the ab wheel but I’m getting there. I’ve gone from about 20 minutes on the treadmill, for just about a mile travelled, to walking the dog between two and three miles a day. Walked 2.4 miles today, with the dog, of course. Now that I realised I was pushing too hard earlier this year it’s time to kick it up a bit.
