- Four sets of 10 Lat Pull Downs at 85 lbs
- Four sets of 10 Back Rows at 85 lbs.
- Four sets of 10 Close Grip Pull Downs at 80 lbs.
No muss, no fuss. Bamm, just get it DONE.
Definitely getting some strange looks at my fast in and out routine.
Going to baffle them further Friday when I start doing my Two-Minute Extreme Fat Burning Routine before and after my workouts.
