Here I go again, I kept to my work-out schedule but neglected to document it.
Time to catch up…
Friday this week was Shoulder Day, took about fifteen minutes as I recall.
- Four sets of ten Back Flies at 55 lbs.
- Four sets of ten Military Presses at 40 lbs.
- Four sets of ten Upright Rows at 50 lbs.
- Two sets of ten Lateral Raises at 10 lbs
- Two sets of ten Front Raises at 10 lbs.
That’s it, a quick in and out. I don’t want to live in the gym, just look like I do.
