Getting stronger and my stamina is starting to increase, finally. I’m almost where I need to be with my stretching and calisthenics, a little less with the ab wheel but I’m getting there. I’ve gone from about 20 minutes on the treadmill, for just about a mile travelled, to walking the dog between two and three miles a day.
I thought it was time to start riding my bike, I was both right and wrong. It was way past time. I thought with the work I had been doing the past few weeks I should be good to go three or four miles, at least.
Not so, less than a mile in my legs were talking to me, and not nicely. I made 1.31 miles, well tomorrow’s another day.
After my aborted bike ride I walked 2.9 miles with Tank, so that’s a plus.

So I get off work at 7:00 am and stop at Planet Fitness on the way home, that part is almost automatic. But by the time I get home it’s the end of a long day and I can’t really focus on what I want to say.
