There are three main reasons I write this blog;

#1 I want to stay in shape, and get in better shape. I’ve been tracking my weight training for some ten years now and I know just how easy it is to skip a workout here and there. Before you know it a week has gone by and you’re starting to lose your edge.

#2 I want to show other people who are where I was not too long ago that it’s not too late to get back in shape, no matter how overweight you may be at this time.

#3 I want to make a profit from my work. Meaning I used Isagenix products to fuel my body transformation, first weight reduction then performance products. Next up I’m going to use the Healthy Aging products. If you are inspired to try Isagenix for yourself please sign up from my link.
