There are three main reasons I write this blog;
#1 I want to stay in shape, and get in better shape. I’ve been tracking my weight training for some ten years now and I know just how easy it is to skip a workout here and there. Before you know it a week has gone by and you’re starting to lose your edge.
#2 I want to show other people who are where I was not too long ago that it’s not too late to get back in shape, no matter how overweight you may be at this time.
There are/will be both Journal entries and articles, with Journal posts marked by date. Articles will have titles.
