20 Minute Fitness Two Week Cycle
Origin Of My System
A couple of years ago I heard about a seven-minute work-out system. It advertised a seven-minute work-out every other day and BOOM! you are good to go. I was naturally intrigued. I signed up and even became a re-seller. I started the program and discovered the inherent misnomer.
The seven-minute part of the program was just that, part of the program! It did not include warming up. When all was said and done it was closer to twenty-minutes a day, plus or minus depending on the day’s work-out. The every other day part was also misleading, they advised doing some sort of cardio on the off days. They also had a ten-day cycle, doesn’t really work for a weekly schedule.
As I had already signed up I decided to keep at it, but here’s a strange thing, even though I had paid my membership fee and re-seller fee with my credit card, when I purchased some additional materials I wasn’t charged, or so I thought. I figured they would catch the mistake soon enough and the charge would come through. Well I was both right and wrong! Somehow, I have no idea how or why, they had my information on file, they charged someone else’s card or account for my purchase. Whomever they charged naturally refused to pay for something they didn’t order or receive. But I did not get a refund on my original purchases. My account was cancelled and none of my Support Tickets were believed or acted on.
So be it, I was signed up on a lie at any rate. I really wasn’t comfortable promoting their lie anyway. Maybe it was just “Sour Grapes”, maybe not.
Twenty or so minutes a day wasn’t bad and I had already adapted their program to my needs. I had changed the order the body parts were worked and which body parts were worked each day. I made it my own. This is what I came up with, no fancy name, not sorry.

The Abs portion of my system is inherent in the moves I do, I didn’t want to get down on the floor to work my abs. More bang for my buck, more or less.
At present I’m about thirty lbs over weight, 190 lbs instead of 160 lbs, now that I’m mostly recovered from my hernia surgery and my right knee doesn’t need medical care, just some common sense on my part, I should be able to drop the weight in two months or so, just in time for Summer.
Ready, Set, I’m Already Going!
Keep Tuned,
